| Increase speed, explosion and leg strength with this training sled. Made of 1" rust resistance galvanized steel, this unit is tough and durable. The 10" x 16" padded steel plate weighs 20lbs and extra weight can be added to increase resistance. The designed waist and shoulder harness is fully adjustable and comes with a quick release attachment. This will allow for quick exchange from person to person to get more involoved during different drills. The harness is made of heavy duty seat belt tpye material. Weights not included. |
