How choose jerseys for a POP Warner Team?
As a new coach and manager, what steps do I need to make to select the best uniforms for my Pop Warner team. Keeping in mind a limited budget and needing to stand out from other teams in the league.

I think one of the first descision to think about is Durablity. You need to research the fabrics used for football uniforms before making a choice. Fabrics like polyester and nylons are good. Stay from cotton. Though it soft durablity is scrap.

You should talk with the other coaches to get some tips about the decision proceess they used to purchase thier jerseys. You may want to think about the color schemes that are availble. You do not want to get the same colors football jersey as another team.

You should not have to do all t this work on you own. You should get other parents involved in the selection of the team football uniforms. The parents should feel empowered to help you becuase it' thier kids too and they are paying for the uniforms.
